Discovery Card Fiasco
Hello Friends,
Unbelievable frustration with new Discovery Card processes since Discovery is trying to become a full bank. Got a mail from ********** requesting to verify my identity document or my card will be blocked. Sent he document twice already, no confirmation, and just got a new request this morning to please send it through? Tried calling the number provided and was told it was not the right phone number and I had to call FNB. FNB could not help since it is a discovery card... what a fiasco.
Maybe consider not getting a discovery card...

22 Nov 2018, 19:12Thank you, I am currently travelling for business and unfortunately the roaming is not enabled. I did however get feedback from the call center that the document has now been verified. I will update the review to mention this fact.
