Discovery card didn't work overseas
I notified Discovery of my international trip 20 days prior to departure so that my card can be activated for withdrawal and other transactions. I was then notified to alert FNB regarding this, which I did 3 days prior to my departure and I was told that all is well.
However Discovery Card failed me dismally. I was in a strange country and couldn't withdraw money or even pay for meals because my card was declined and pin was also blocked.
This is unacceptable as I could not enjoy my trip because I had no money. I can provide proof of purchases I tried to make.
