Discovery Card cancellation not easy
<p>I'm trying to cancel my DicoveryCard. The response I have got back today is from the DicoveryCard division telling me exact words: "We will only be able to process your Discovery Card closure once your Discovery Card Protector is cancelled. Your reference number is ***.." Surely DiscoveryCard should be able to assist in doing so they initially sold this protection service, however only redirecting me to the www.discovery.co.za website for more info.</p> <p> </p> <p>No direction what exactly needs to happen in the meantime the costs keeps adding up?</p>
