Discovery Card can't even issue a credit card, but charge me for useless service

<p>I app**** for a Discovery Credit Card in Decemebr 2016. My application was for a priciple card and a secondary card for my wife.</p> <p> </p> <p>They delivered teh secondary card on 14 Decemebr 2016, but failed to issue the primary card. I had to contact them to find out what was going on. Nobody got back to me to apologise or offer any sweetener to resolve the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>In spite of tyeh fact that they did not deliver the required card, they are still charging full for a service that I am not using an still cannot use because they have not sent the card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another prime example of urine impoverished service from Discovery.</p>
