Discovery card

I have been trying for over two hours to uplift a block on my credit card, which I placed in error believing that there was ***** on my account. After calling the number on the back of my card I am put through to a "***** department" who then say that there is nothing they can do unless my banker or FNB verify me. Guess what, my banker cannot help with a discovery card and nor can FNB, because they say it is a discovery card. FIND ME A DISCOVERY BRANCH Or BANKER!!!! I am probably just going to cancel the card and account.
