Discovery Card admin by FNB - Closed in 2014 but still getting charged

<p>In early 2014 i went to use my Discovery card at a local store only to be told that the purchase was declined , upon invetigating why later with discovery I was told it was administrated by FNB and they required my account to be FICA , No problem but tell the customer before you put a hold on the account .</p> <p>I vowed then to close the account and paid the account up mid 2014 also informing Discovery that the account is closed . I also then stoped my conversion to FNB from my existing bank on realization of the poor commincation by FNB</p> <p>In the last few months I have been recieving calls that payments are due on a discovery card , I enquired agin if there is any transaction , no only card fees for the last 2 years - I CLOSED the ACCOUNT in 2014 , The last card I recieved EXPIRED in 2014 ON numerous occasitions I have detailed this to call centre operaters and frustatinlg talked to a manager last week 25 Jan at 11:58 am from number ***</p> <p>where she confirmed my email address and will send communication in my matte , yay the calls stopped untill today I recieved a collection Notice from Barret Legal . Phoning the call centre again . I am again refused to be able to talk to a manager as she is in a meeting I asked can I at least have a email for Cynthia Singh ( Team Leader ) or Anton Vermulen (HOD) and was refused GET IT IN YOUR HEAD - ACCOUNT CLOSED - CHARGED FOR CARD OR SERVICE NOT WANTED OR RECIEVED</p>
