Discovery Card Activation still not processed

Discovery Card offers a credit card facility with some decent perks. And Enjoying the benefits of their Vitality program and medical aid I thought why not join their card division as well.

Worst mistake ever. Having received my card after a while it still cannot be activated.

After numerous calls to their call centre one person did try to assist with the matter . She was pleasant and helpful "Kristin Coopman".

My card still isnt able to activate as the company that delivered my card hadn't submitted the documents it was told to present to them on collection.

Now its weekend when I want to go shopping and use the perks of this card I still cannot because it still hasn't been activated for use. I've never had this problem with any other financial facilities I have.

What's the point of the screening process and document submission if I cannot be processed faster.

So now at the point where I feel should just go pay cash and cancel my whole Discovery portfolio because they dont give me confidence that I am getting the best anymore.
