Discovery Card

I've been divorced since 2007 and have had various Discovery Credit cards since then with my correct ****en name on all these cards. When ordering my new Discovery Credit Card last week, I was notified that they changed my surname back to my married surname and issued the new card with that incorrect surname to me. This is after doing the Vica registration twice already.. One years ago and a second 4 years ago. When phoning Discovery Card to correct, they said that I have to Vica AGAIN or have VICA documents with my previous married (incorrect) surname... this while my whole profile at Discovery has been and currently shows my ****en surname..

I've had and currently still have the following policies with Discovery listed under my (correct) ****en name: Discovery Medical, Discovery Pension, Discovery Life and Discovery Vitality, but for some obscure reason Discovery Card changed my surname from correct to incorrect.

How does a service provider change your surname to an incorrect surname while my medical aid, pension and life policies are all listed correct?????
