Discovery card

Discovery card very unhelpful during Covid-19. Call center unable to assist and just give empty promises. We called numerous times regarding a payment holiday on our credit card. The last week we called almost every day. No solution. This morning they took their payment out of our bank account. Not considering we only got a very small income last month due to the lockdown. This is not the company to have behind you during Covid-19. There's no way I would ever consider joining Discovery Bank. Other companies and banking institutions called us within the first week of April offering a payment breather. NOT Discovery.... This will greatly impact our business dealings with Discovery in the future.
