Discovery card

Canncelled card and have confirmation email on 25 October 2019 that cancellation was succesful. Emailed in December 2019 to qury why account still active and no response. Jan 2020 account still active and fees still being deducted. Phone call center and when something went wrong with security check I have to phone back on my own costs to try again. Shocking that a public company can deliver this kind of service and effectivly ***** money as account is closed.
