Discovery cant keep their promises

Despite a recorded conversation where the agent assures me an email for ********** activity on my account, and promises to deliver a new card in 2 days, I received no such email and the card is only being delivered in 7 days. That's simply unacceptable in my opinion, as I have no access to funds until then, and no resolution to ********** payments off my account. Do they not record the calls for a reason ????
