Discovery can’t deliver card!!!

Two weeks ago I app**** for a Platinum Account. I have received numerous texts saying your card will be delivered. Bit it never gets to me. All I get is ‘DSC couldn’t deliver you card’. No missed call, nothing. Frustrating. I even offered to pick it up at a Discovery store but it seems DB customer care has no clue how to rectify this. Pathetic service. A bank card should not be such a hustle to deliver. Terrible impressions for a first time customer
