Discovery can do better
I just had a call from a consultant from discovery regarding my application for a credit card and the consultant hanged up on my apparently because she saw my credit score(one of the agent called me by the name of Thandi Magola) and she mentioned that regardless the agent was suppose to continue with the application rather hanging up….. what a poor service
