Discovery-bunch of unreliable, ***********, useless bank

I had an account with discovery bank for 8 years now and have not used my account from 2022 however tgey kept my account open making me to accumulate charges

I spoke to the Team Leader there who assured me that my account was supposed to be dormant after 6 months of no use and they escalated it for the charges to be removed, I just received feedback from them telling me that they will not be able to remove the charges incurred while account was not used

This bank is full of uncompetent individuals who don't want to work, very useless bank I wouldn't recommend to anyone, they are *****sters
