DISCOVERY BANK'S SERVICE PATHETIC
WOW WHAT A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE. I'VE TRANSFERED FROM DISCOVERY WHICH WAS LINKED TO FNB TO DISCOVERY BANK... DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT. WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. PATHETIC SERVICE PATHETIC ALL AROUND

30 Jan 2020, 14:29I cannot access this bank online from my PC, it's only on my app. What bank isn't online... I was told I'll be upgraded before anything was transferred and I was going to pay less bank fees... This didn't happen. I cannot apply for an increase on my credit limit, the option is just not there. The app is not very user friendly!.. A cheque account was opened without my authorisation and I now have to pay bank fees for something I didnt request! Nothing that was promised via telephone ever materialised. I'm a big fan of Discovery (I have my life policies, my medical aid and car insurance) and all products work fantastic except this bank. My ID is *** and my email *** if you have any answers!
