Discovery banks pathetic excuse to exist

My wife has since moved to discovery in November All of her funds were transfered to that account under the pretext they were a ****ional bank. Since November all of our funds had been sitting in that account, not to mention her salary from November. Her card doesn't work its always an issue where they are offline when we go too see people. When you call the service center they escalates the issues and still nothing gets done. Iv had to take loan upon loan to service all of our debt as we cannot access her funds. My credit cards have been maxed due to the incompetence showed by this mogul of company. I have since moved everything I have that has any relation to discovery as an entity. They show no care to any person that does business with them, yet it's our monies in their holding that provides them with working capital. They do not have a clue about the working of the world as they all sit in an expensive building getting celebrities to do their advertising too fool us normal people into buying into there thievery. Yes I said thievery as that's how it feels as I have been ****** every month by them, with story upon story. They seem to think that their actions have no consequences and that for me is ridiculous, and if I do not get a response from they bunch of *********** people who so call run the show, my next step will be take it up with the ombudsman and then seek legal standing on all the loss of income and accrual of debt I have faced.
