Discovery Banking Cannot Do A Simple Change Of Address

I have a Discovery Credit Card. Transactional communication is being emailed to my work email address. I have called the call centre a few times now and each call was in excess of 15 minutes. They have asked me to ensure that it reflects correctly in the banking app and it does. I have also emailed proof of this reflection. But still the communication is sent to the incorrect email address. What would it take for you guys to get this right. I am told that the matter is being resolved or is escalated but weeks later not change. This is very frustrating now as you cannot get this change done. How is Banking with Discovery a Healthy Option if you have so many frustrated people ???
