Discovery Banking App what a waste

It is so concerning that you have a world renown bank that can not help you open a bank account. I have been trying via their app for almost two months, with no luck. The app does not scan relevant documentation. I have spoken to various bankers and no one seems to be able to sort out this problem. Last week I was told to email my documentation for verification and when I contacted them today. I was told that a manual verification can not take place as the bank does not have a manual procedure in place. I am truly giving up on Discovery Bank
