Discovery Banking App

Good day

I have tried everything that Discovery bank have requested me to do in order my banking app to work.

You keep telling me the same thing and not really assisting, as of now it says the same thing “the selfie we have on file does not match what we have on record”.

No one has used my phone to sign in, no one has tried to use their face on my discovery bank app.

You keep giving me a number to call but the moment I call, it immediately ask me to verify myself on the App and because I can’t access my banking app, the call gets cut. So I ask how am I suppose to contact you? because the emailing story is not working.

So I am requesting a call back or give me a number to call that bypasses the verification. I have not been able to use my banking app for months.
