Discovery Bank(FSP) in CAHOOTS the FSCA - ********* conduct (DAY LIGHT *******

Discovery Credit card - used for my medical savings, meaning that when the card was issued it has a nil balance. I deposit funds into it. However about 4 months ago, I decided that I am excessively billed unnecessary for my own monies. I had difficulties to contact the relevant department and eventually cancelled it in writing, on my internet banking the account was then closed. Discovery are still billing me every month even though I deposit extra funds in order for a surprise bill. Yesterday after 4 to 5 months, I received an email that I should fill out forms again to have it cancelled, a repeat. I responded that this was joke taken way too far and That I intend to report the FSP (Discovery Bank) to the FSCA ( the board that regulates this industry. My personal opinion is that this s a scheme ripping people off.
