Discovery Bank...be wary

I have a credit card with Discovery Bank. Twice we have paid in money from Standard Bank to preload or pay off the card. Twice the money has not reflected in the account. I only gave two stars because the call centre staff were as helpful as they could be but the overall problem has not been solved.
