Discovery Bank - Zero Customer Satisfaction!!!!!!

No assistance at all!! Trying to get the OTP sorted out; have been phoning for more than a week and each day we are promised that the OTP Dept will call us......surprise surprise no calls!! Can someone please give THIS URGENT attention!!!!!
