DISCOVERY BANK - WORST EVER INSTITUTION
This is the WORST institution I have ever dealt with. They took over my Discovery Credit Card from FNB. They increased the interest rate by 5%!! Then within a day TWO ********** transactions on this account. I have lodged the papers and complaint a week ago - NO REPLY! I informed them to cancel the account - 4 days ago - NO REPLY. I have NEVER had service this bad. STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY BANK

I have also NOT received any feedback regarding the ********** transaction.
On the 23rd of July they confirmed that I will have feedback within 72 hours - it has been almost a FULL WEE**** NO reply!! it is so ridiculous I do not even have words......
