Discovery Bank worst bank ever

Discovery bank is the most useless bank. My mother has been trying to get her credit card for herself and my father not possible more than 20 phone calls with 20 *********** consultants who can not help, also been told that Discovery bank is a virtual bank and will not assist people who are not computer literate. This migration from FNB is poorly executed and Diicovery bank has clearly demonstrated that they do not care about their existing clients and do not want New clients rather stay with FNB great bank avoid Discovery Bank useless look at their trust rating and the complaints all 1 star if there was a minus 10 stars I would give Discovery that
