Discovery Bank worse than Escom in resolving issues

If it is possible to give a -5 I would do so for this pathetic excuse for a bank. I have lodged a few complaints regrading my issues with the bank on the credit card that was never used and for which i was as recently as beginning of May been told that my refund of R300+ will be made in 5 to 10 days. My review was read and answerd by Beatrice of Discovery wih a promise it will be resolved. I am however getting email reminders virually daily to pay R100 on my card!****e they that desparate? Can they not solve a simple problem? Imagine you trust this bank with your money and they cannot even solve a simple problem over a period of 3 months. I must say I have better hope that Escom will be solvent than Discovery Bank solving a clients queries. I will have to post a weekly post it seems to aybe get a response.
