Discovery Bank watch out, DSV Couriers will be your demise

So on Monday I discovered some illicit transactions on my Discovery Bank account. I contacted the bank to replace my card as it would've been compromised already. We replaced the card and DSV Couriers would deliver. I got an sms on Tuesday(26SEP22) informing me the was ready for delivery by DSV. I called and arranged for today's(27SEP22) delivery. This morning I got an sms from DSV indicating that the driver would call once in my area. Around 3pmI contacted DSV to bring to their awareness that I still had not received the card. The lady that answered sarcastically reiterated that they work till 5pm and wouldn't bother to attempt to assist. I called exactly at 5pm now panicking as I need cash and unable to obtain any without the physical card. I was on hold for some time and upon answering. The lady had to transfer me to the Driver's desk. I held on again. I then spoke to another lady who informed me that the parcel was back at Dispatch and upon realizing my frustration. She transferred me to another desk where the phone rang until it was cut off. At 17h24 after being on the line for over 20 minutes. I came through to Ntombi whom upon relaying my dilemma, would put me through to a superior and I wouldn't hold. Unfortunately the phone rang till it got cut off again. At 17h30, whilst making another attempt to speak to someone. The IVR system informed me of their operational times. I am stranded and in need of cash and mostly frustrated by notion of having to beg people for money. I called Discovery bank at 17h32 but got transferred again to another number which rang endlessly without assistance. This is the worst I must say just when we thought we'd never set foot at a bank since a modern method has been introduced by Discovery Bank . That option to walk in, would have prevented the frustration I have currently.
