Discovery bank/ Vitality travel is a ****

I booked a flight with cemair, with discovery bank travel/vitality more than a month's notice. I had to cancel because the weather in cape town was bad and rocking the daisies was postponed, I cancelled the flights within 24hours. I contacted the airline, and they explained they could refund me my flights coming back but would credit the amount for rest. I called discovery to initiate a refund, they gave me the run around, eventually got back to me this year with a refund of R1011,40 out of the R6545.00 that left my account. The discounts aren't worth the headache I have been experiencing with Discovery and Cemair. I would not recommend using that booking option with them, you will regret it, as I am now.
