Discovery bank useless service

I've purchased x6 Westlife Tickets for my family through discovery bank and my transactions for R6210 was approved but as soon as it was approved i was then notified that my transactions will be returned to me, for what reason i don't know please explain, and I've been waiting for my funds to come back to my discovery account since the transaction but nothing has reflected on my account and no ticket is showing on Ticketmaster website, please assist to fast return my funds to my bank so that i can re-book x6 tickets again or process my booking for x6 tickets as I've paid already but somehow your system is returning my funds, please do either of the above request before the tickets gets finished cos I've booked in time while the tickets were still available and i don't want to be in a situation where i can’t buy the tickets anymore due to something which is beyond my control please fix this immediately

Ticketmaster responded and said the issue is on Discovery bank and they sent me a proof, I've called discovery bank yesterday two times already and i was told the issue was with Ticketmaster but it doesn't seems so according to Ticketmaster, first Discovery reference number is ***3 I've called again today ref ***6 and i was told my transaction will be cancelled and get refunded so that i can re-purchase my tickets again but nothing happened as usual

please give me back my money immediately as i still want to buy tickets for my family before the tickets are finished or reserve x6 tickets for me with Ticketmaster
