Discovery bank useless

I have been trying to close my discovery credit card now for at least three months now but it seems an impossible task. I have not used my discovery credit card for the last at least 10 years. Not even in posession of it. I always paid the card fees when the card was held by discovery health. Most useless bunch of people i have ever delt with.
