Discovery bank useless
I received my new platinum card as I cancelled the old gold card. I deleted the new platinum card off my banking app. by mistake. Called the bank and said sorry due to your mistake we can't link the card again and you must pay for a new card. Have you ever. I said in this case I am closing my account. He asked what is the reason.... I can't deal

I am sorry you had this experience with us, in the case of a cancelled card from the bank App there is not much we can do but assist with a card replacement that will be charged.
