Discovery Bank useless

Shocking. Don't go in this at all. I had a credit card with Discovery through FNB and they moved me to Discovery Bank. What a joke. I phoned on Tuesday to get a settlement and they cant give it to me I must wait for a letter which is now 3 days later and still NOTHING. How do I change back to FNB please
