DISCOVERY BANK UNABLE TO FIX THE SIMPLE PROBLEMS
Never had an issue with Discovery credit card whilst part of FNB. The problems started when Discovery Bank separated from FNB. I have always settled the full outstanding balance on mt credit card before the due date. For the last two months now I have settled the full amount before the due date and a debit order has also been put through for the minimum payment amount.
Last month I was told that the problem was being resolved but the same thing happened again this month. The debit order instruction was in both cases put through before the due date for payment.
If Discovery Bank cannot get something as simple as this corrected how are they going to manage with complex issues ? Todays response was we are sorry and are still working on correcting the problem.
The person I spoke to last month was not entirely honest when he told me the problem had been fixed and would not occur again, he was just hoping this would be the case. Beware of Discovery Bank
Thank you for the reply Discovery Card would the solution not be to just "unload the NAEDO debit order ??
Prior to the advent of Discovery Bank I never had an issue so why now ??
