Discovery Bank - Unable to even speak to an agent as the verification process is broken.

I am trying to understand the following. 1. You debit my savings account at another bank - and the money disappears from there... only to appear 5-6 days later in my Discovery Credit Card - why the wait? 2. When I call in - I enter my ID, and the call continues - just to be asked AGAIN by the agent - does it matter what i enter the first time? 3. When eventually I confirm the ID with the agent - they send a OTP - which doesn't work. - wait it send two about a minute later. - oops i entered the wrong one.. So... 4. The agent sends a code to my app and the call dies.??? - am I going to be phoned back or is this an endless loop?
