Discovery Bank ultra bad service

I have phoned their call centre 3 or more occasions to close my account as I do use it and get no value from the product. Each time I’m promised it will be finalized and yet monthly they continue to charge me bank fees. I don’t who to speak to or where to go! I’m very disappointed in their service and frankly it looks like they are only interested in making money and do really care for their clients....
