Discovery bank threatens

I keep getting e-mails and voice calls in the past month, threatening me of getting bad credit reviews if I do not pay my "overdue" facility I phoned Discovery back 5 April 2024 to settle this but was kept waiting on hold for more than 16 minutes as the operator Person K accessed my "facility". I do not have an active facility- it was closed and the settlement paid as per this case number CASE # and settlement letter received from Discovery Bank already in 2021!! Person A received the correspondence 23 November 2021. As well as Person NM 22 November 2021. 13 February 2022 my husband contacted Person T from Discovery bank to sort out the facility that was asked to be closed, Again 29 August 2022 my husband contacted Discovery bank to sort out the facility that was not closed as asked and settled per settlement payment.

The facility was closed and settled in 2021.

Discovery Bank keep harsassing and threatening me- although it is their terrible admin and incompetance that is at fault. We have been trying since 2021 to resolve this matter, At Discovery bank you are but a number with no personal support.
