Discovery Bank the worst service ever!!!!!!

This is now my umpteenth time I am applying for a credit card at Discovery. I am now do with this as it seems that just certain people get approved for a credit card with Discovery. As per your company policy your debt ratio must be less than 66% and my ratio is 35%. So, please explain that to me. My minimum living expenses are less that your minimum amount, which you adjusted to YOUR minimum amount as per your policy. Then as per the credit commitments, I declared R1,295 less than on the bureau as that specific amount was paid in full +- 3 months back and it was not updated as such on the bureau.

Also, there are no judgements, adverse listings, nothing on my bureau and yet I am being declined?? Explain!!!

I was also thinking to moving my check account from FNB private banking to Discovery but after this utter pathetic service you receive from Discovery Bank, I am glad that I did not do that.

Just go to show that if you earn nearly **** a year you also receive the worst service ever.

I will not recommend Discovery Bank to anyone. If you would like to be declined then please go ahead, but I am done with poor service delivery. If I give my customers, this kind of service then I will be fired on the spot!!!!
