Discovery bank, the ****mers.

Discovery bank is the worst that I have experienced.

A consultant named Sipho called me to ofder me a loan, I advised Sipho that I won't qualify for a loan because I don't have a credit history at the credit Bureau. Sipho then advised that instead of a loan they can offer me a revolving credit facility which will help boost my credit score. I then agreed to which Spiho then said in order for the revolving credit facility to be activated I need to open a discovery bank account and again I did. So my account I open I need to wait for my card to be delivered then I can contact Sipho to activate the revolving credit facility.

Once my card was delivered I couldn't get hold of Sipho anymore, I then app**** for the credit facility through the app to which I was declined because I don't have a credit history. I challenged the decision because this is not what I was advised, I then got a call from Gugu. I explained to Gugu what has happened and my experience with Sipho and she advised me that he gave me wrong information, she then advised me that I shouldn't apply for the revolving credit facility but for a credit card because discovery bank will assess my application and then just adjust it accordingly. I then done the application for the credit card to which I was declined. Reason being no credit history and now because there is too much enquiries on my name at the credit Bureau. So not only have they given me false information but added enquiries on my name at the credit Bureau now Making it more difficult for me to apply for credit through other institution, while Sipho will be gaining commission for a ****ming a client
