Discovery Bank the Con artists of the Banking Industry.

For a few months I paid my credit card from my transaction account, no problem but then one month I found interest charges on my credit card account, when I queried this I was told by my personal banker that the transaction account is the same as my credit card account and that I was not allowed to pay my credit card from this account...... they then said they wanted NEW money to pay the credit card and that the terms and conditions of the credit card state this, well I closed all my accounts with Discovery costing me in the region of R7,500.00. the make up of these costs were as follows R5,000.00 yearly fee for my card and at least R2,500.00 in interest that they forced me to pay. Today I received another mail saying I must pay R453.00 to close the accounts and if not paid today interest will be charged and the amount will be greater. They are the biggest con I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
