DISCOVERY BANK | TERRIBLE!!!

TERRIBLE!! Oh no save yourself the hassle and stay away from Discovery Bank. I got my card in 2019 and I did not activate it, since then I have been trying to cancel my card and they say they have sorted it out (but THEY DON'T).

Now I owe R3 000. 00 in bank fees for a service I have not even used. How is this ethical??? Every-time I speak to a consultant and voice my issue they hang up.
