Discovery Bank - Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service, Call Centre staff making promises to call back, and still waiting. The sign on process was not without challenges. Received my Discovery Credit Card, was able to activate via the banking APP. Tried to make two purchases, both were declined. Called the Call Centre, their systems were down. Tried calling the Call Centre this morning, struggling to speak to and Agent. This is not working for me.
