Discovery Bank - Terrible

Service is terrible. Have been struggling since 16 July 2020 to sort out the Discovery Bank app to do banking. Keep on getting message “The cellphone number entered belongs to another user profile” . Sent numerous emails to Abea Mogami, had a few responses but lately none. Made numerous phone calls, 25 July & 5 August (Kgalalelo) when I was informed they will call me within 3 days - never happened. Phoned 13 Aug 2020 again, was informed they would call me the same day - never happened.
