Discovery Bank sucks

For an organization that supposedly prides itself on being customer centric, they are pretty abysmal.The most basic thing which is ensuring your commitment to your client is acted on, never happens. Promises after promises never materialize and even after repporting my issur to the complaints dept via email, still no contact made. What a shame for an organization that spends so much on innovation and technology yet so little on ensuring that they have people with right attitudes.
