Discovery Bank stinks

Not even a couple of months in business and already the worst bank you can get. There service is already a huge pain. I've received an email to submit fica documents which I've sent to the address mentioned. Now I'm getting email after email, sms after sms to do so and that is when I've already done so. How pathetic could you be? Go to Tyme bank if you are looking for a digital bank. You don't have to submit anyhting. When signing on, they get everything from home affairs. No hassle at all and there interest rates are by far beter than what Discovery could ever be.
