Discovery Bank - so complicated to renew a card!
It is impossible to renew your credit card at Discovery Bank. It is so complicated that expect to be on the phone for about 2 hours at least ! You have to phone about 3 times!

Getting a replacement card should definitely not be causing any sort of frustration as it is all done on the Discovery Bank app or website.
Did you manage to order a replacement card or can I assist?
