Discovery Bank slow OTP service delaying purchases
Why does Discovery Bank need 2 days to change the cellphone linked to OTP service? Also, why wasn't I asked at least to have my OTP changed when I updated my primary cellphone number?

We do apologize for the delay.
OTP's is separate to your personal details, however thank you for the suggestion to prompt an update to your OTP details when updating your contact numbers.
Our OTP's team has to follow security measures before they can update OTP details for our clients and therefore it does take a few days to be completed.
