Discovery Bank should upgrade
I have a debit mandate with my medical aid and I see they have done a double debit this month. I cannot afford to pay this amount as it's incorrect. Can Discovery Bank please call me to have this reversed? I have been on the line for over 40 minutes waiting and no one answers. It is also not the best online system as you cannot do anything on the app.
