Discovery Bank shocking service. Never again

I invested a lump sum with Discovery bank two years ago. I am fully dependent in the income from my fixed deposit investment. The term is now complete and I had urgent plans to reinvest elsewhere at a much higher rate of return. I have discovered I cannot worgdrse my funds in one lump sum. I must take the next eleven days to withdraw it - withdrawing the limited amount each day, being charged the withdrawal fee each day plus I loae the crucial interest amount I would have received as I cannot invest today as planned. I am furious. This impacts my day to day life and my next five years as the amount is fixed for five years at the other institution. When will Discovery bank give good service? When will they get their act together? This has a catastrophic impact on me. Livid.
