Discovery BANK SERVICE IS USELESS

Well now I have had enough. I can pay into my Discovery account from FNB and no one at Discovery Bank can tell me why they're not a recipient on public option or why my account number can't be identified on the fnb app or in South Africa. NOW I ask you after everyone has told me at discovery how they can't assist me what the hell am I supposed to do? You threaten me because I am not paying my credit card account at all but fnb can't even find my credit card to pay into it? Who will be paying my interest? Useless people.
