DISCOVERY BANK SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I have been a discovery card holder since the beginning. I moved my account over to discovery bank in January the service from them is shocking. I have emailed them and no response. I called and ask for manager and was told they would call me back....no response. I sent a complaint via the website and still no response. I cannot believe the standard of service from them. Can a manager please call me ASAP to resolve my issue!
