Discovery bank service is appalling

My Discovery card account was moved to another platform without informing me upfront, The only way to be able to access my funds and do an EFT was to apply for a Discovery Bank card. I installed the app and halfway through the process it crashed. I am not able to log into the Discovery Bank app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I have logged several calls to access my funds and pay Lancet Laboratories via EFT as they want to hand me over. The account has a positive balance. I am so frustrated that I cannot access my funds and I do not get any response from the calls that I have logged.
